Day 1: Dustlik - Fergana
Our guide will meet the group at Uzbek side of the border to begin your short tour in Uzbekistan. You will travel to Fergana and night in a hotel.
Day 2: Fergana - Kokand - Margilan - Tashkent
In the morning, travel to town Kokand to begin your sightseeing tour. Here we will visit historical and architectural heritage Khudayar Khan Palace, famous in Uzbekistan. The design of the construction is mixture of traditional artwork. Further, Modari Khan Mausoleum, which was built for the honor of the ruler Kokand Umarkhan's mother. Then visit the best religious school of all Kokand -Norbutabi Mausoleum (19th century). On the way, in Margelan, we will have a great opportunity to visit famous Silk Factory. At the factory, you will be able to see all stages of production: it starts from feeding silk worms with mulberry leaves, then dye using natural vegetal and mineral dyes, finally making a materieal cloth. After enlightening excursion at the factory, drive to Fergana railway station to take a train to Tashkent (16:00-20:25) Overnight in a hotel in Tashkent.
Day 3: Tashkent
Entire day will be full of sightseeing tour in Tashkent, capital of Uzbekistan. We will start travelling with the excursion from massive Independent Square, constructed for the glory of the victory over fascist Germany in World War II. Then local Braodway will provide a good walking area to Amir Timur square. Later you will have an opportunity to ride on the Beautiful Tashkent subway. The first line started in 1977. The old part of the city will charm you most: famous Chorsu Bazaar, Kukaldash Madrasah and Hast Imam complex. Hast Imam includes several madrasahs, mosques and mausoleums. The high spot of the day will be Othman Quran, where the most ancient copy of the Quran. Believed to be dated back to 8th century. Othman Inb Affan was an owner of this book, who was one of the four Caliphs came after prophet Muhammad. In 8th century his enemy murdered him. Nowadays you can see his blood spread over the book. Overnight will be at a hotel.
Day 4: Flight
In the morning, your guide and driver will accompany you to the airport.
