Day 1: Ashgabat, arrival - Ashgabat night city tour - Darwaza
You will be met at the Ashgabat International Airport and accompany to the hotel. After having breakfast you will travel to the most famed tour sight of Turkmenistan burning gas crater of Darwaza. Upon arrival at sunset you will have barbeque dinner near the gas crater. It will mesmerize you by the mysterious beauty. In addition you will have opportunity to take amazing photos while enjoying the crater during the night time. Night will be spent in tents.
Day 2: Ashgabat - Darwaza gas crater
In the morning driver will pick you up to the Ashgabat city. Afternoon travel to many sights such as parks and monuments, unique mosque and other interesting places. And the highlighted part of the tour is The Sanctuary of Parhian Kings - Old Nisa that is one of UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will have night city tour in Ashgabat after visiting "Gypjak" Mosque and Mausoleum of the late President of Turkmenistan. Night is in the hotel.
Day 3: Ashgabat - Mary - Merv ancient city
In the morning you will have a travel to Mary city. You will visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site - Old Merv. It was one of the most prosperous largest cities of the ancient world due to its position at the crossroad of the Great Silk Road. It is possible to visit Gyz Gala, Erk Gala, Soltan Gala, Sanjar Mausoleum, Ibn Zeid Mausoleum. Then you will be transferred to local airport for from Mary to Ashgabat. Night is in hotel.
Day 4: Ashgabat - International Airport of Ashgabat
Transfer to the next destination.
