He even described these places for all travellers in Kyrgyzstan to know: he said that these places are always covered with snow and ice never melts; it is snowing any season of the year even in summer and autumn; and at the same time there are strong and heavy winds. Tien Shan mountains were the ones of drawing attraction of various travellers, one of such traveller was Marco Polo with his uncle and father. They stepped Tien Shan in 1273.
